Cookies! Lemon Tea Cookies
- 1.5 tsp milk
- .5 cups milk
- .5 cups margarine
- .75 cups sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1.75 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- .25 tsp baking soda
- .25 tsp salt
- Lemon Glaze
Mix wet ingredients, then add the dry ones. Drop from teaspoon onto cookie sheet 2 inches apart from each other. Bake at 350º for 12-14 minutes. Remove at once. Brush with Lemon Glaze.
Lemon Glaze: Combine .75 cups sugar and .25 cups lemon juice.
